Three example sites you can click through: a store, a coaching site, and a SaaS dashboard.

The Nordic Goods storefront: a monumental headline in warm stone beside a squared walnut product panel.

Store / E-commerce

Nordic Goods

A homewares brand selling through Instagram messages wanted a storefront that could carry its product photography without turning into a catalogue.

Decisions

  • An editorial hero ahead of the product grid: the first screen sells the brand, not a SKU.
  • The cart is a slide-over, not a page, so browsing context is never lost.
  • Warm stone and walnut ink are the entire palette: no accent colour, no gradients, no shadows. Square frames and hairline rules carry the structure.

What is in it

Editorial hero · product grid with hover detail · slide-over cart with live totals · brand story section · newsletter capture

The Rooted coaching site: a condensed uppercase headline on a near-black canvas, with an ember-outlined availability badge.

Coaching · Personal brand

Rooted

A one-to-one coach was losing enquiries to a plain contact form. The site had to make booking feel like the obvious next step rather than a commitment.

Decisions

  • A booking widget that works on the page, instead of a link out to a scheduler.
  • Condensed uppercase on a near-black canvas, with one thin line of ember as the only warm note: serious and quiet, not a fitness brand.
  • Programs are priced in plain language, with the free intro call as the primary action.

What is in it

Interactive booking widget · three program tiers · results section · journal index · sticky call-to-action

The Metric dashboard: a revenue trend against a dashed comparison line, beside a channel breakdown.

SaaS Dashboard

Metric

A subscription business tracking revenue in spreadsheets needed one screen that answered “are we on target this month?” without anyone building a report.

Decisions

  • The monthly goal is a radial against target, not another line chart: it is the one number asked about daily.
  • The comparison series sits on the same axis as a dashed line, so growth is read rather than calculated.
  • Transactions filter in place, so the table is the drill-down and there is no second screen.

What is in it

Revenue trend with comparison series · goal radial · plan mix · filterable transactions · activity feed · channel breakdown
